Responsibilities
As a member of our technical squad you are responsible for delivering outstanding solutions. You conduct the complete cycle from conception to implementation in close coordination with the over-all project manager.

You are an expert in functionality design, data modelling, coding, application scaling, etc.. With an eye for detail, you set up and manage a structured development environment to ensure quality deliverables.

You coach a number of junior developers, both on client projects and internally. Your overwhelming curiosity for emerging technologies is an inspiration to the team.

Qualifications
University degree in IT or equivalent working experience. At least 4-5 years of solid technical developing and implementing e-business projects are required.

You have strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coach other members of our software team. Your strong analytical and problem solving skills fit well in our e-business methodologies. You must have proven experience in software design and coding: Knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, ASP and WAP are essential.

Next to English, you consider yourself a native speaker of languages such as Java, C++ and Visual Basic. You are a multi-tasking guru on the Windows NT/2000 and Unix-platforms, web servers and databases. You can work independently as well as in team.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the overall delivery of e-business development projects for large accounts. You will be working with the customer to identify their needs and problems, defining the business and technical solutions, developing and managing a project plan, ensuring that customer satisfaction, development and profitability objectives are met. You will be the primary liaison between the company and the client, responsible for providing the day-to-day operational management of the team as well as managing client expectations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in successfully solving and managing client business and technical issues as well as in managing a team are prerequisite. Prior management of successful e-business projects is required. A Senior Project Manager must have strong leadership, organization, communication, and team management skills. He/she must understand consulting, graphical and IT- issues as well as high-level product knowledge. Candidates must possess a degree in business, management, IT or related field, 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, 5 years of managerial experience, as well as the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams.

Yet you are enough down-to-earth to realise that a square wheel simply won't do.Your job is to merge the client's wishes and your own web savvyness into astonishing screens. That 6th sense of yours makes you understand the customer's needs. And you use your 7th sense to conceptualise it. Once your pieces of art have been approved, you convert them to a cutting-edge graphical user interface. The ability to communicate with aliens is a vital part of your job, since you make part of a team stuffed with programmers, project managers, authors and consultants.

Qualifications
Aesthetical awareness is a must, whether this is achieved by birth, education or experience is of no importance whatsoever. Knowledge and conceptual understanding of at least some of these technologies are essential: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and Flash. Thorough experience with the medium, both as end user and developer, is a certain advantage over other candidates. Of course you know every shortcut in Photoshop by heart. And a blindfold doesn't keep you from finding your way around your favorite vector-based drawing package. Your communication skills are beyond any doubt and you can empathize with common mortals gifted with less good taste than yourself ;)
